Q. Can you make my walls look like a photo I saw in a magazine?
A.  I always encourage the home owner to look in magazines or the internet to get visuals of what they want.  This also helps me understand the décor and the direction you want to go in. Each artist or finisher has their own technique. I can give you my rendition of what you want.

Q. I don’t have any ideas for the walls in my home, would you help with ideas?
A. Certainly! I like to pick the home owners brain to see what are the likes and dislikes on color and décor. I think a persons home is their castle and should always feel good about their living space. (also see above question) Also, designers can play a roll in this process.

Q. How will I know what my finish is going to look like?
A. I may have an existing sample board (a board that shows wall finish). If I don’t have one I may charge $25 to create one, the charge is to cover the materials. The board remains the property of Finishes By Masa.

Q. How is your work priced and how much will it cost?
A. Most of the finishes are measured by square foot. The prices drop when there are more areas to paint. I always try to give the best finishes with the lowest price! Click HERE to view price sheet.

Q. Why do I need to sign your agreement?
A. This is to make  clear what we have decided upon, and protects both parties (home owner and artist). It states the services that will be performed on the project, the agreed price, when payment is required, start and completion dates.
